Tracey Shackelford works with the management team to develop, implement and evaluate the organization’s ongoing human resource policies and practices to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations. Specific areas of focus in her current role include, FMLA, ADA, ERISA, and Risk Management while keeping abreast of the ever-changing employment laws affecting our organization and the healthcare industry. Ms. Shackelford is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (SPHR, SHRM-CP) and is a proud active member of the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources (ASHHRA), Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
