Ms. Green directs all aspects of the RPS Group’s operations including asset management, dispositions and growth.  Ms. Green joined the RPS Group’s legal department in 1989 and served as General Counsel for over 13 years.  In addition to her responsibilities with the RPS Group, Ms. Green serves as Co-Trustee of the Allan S. Bird Children’s Residue Trust and the Allan S. Bird Spouse’s Residue Trust.  Ms. Green received a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University and a Baccalaureate of Laws from the University of Ottawa.  She is a member of the California bar and the Law Society of Upper Canada.
